Aemoa

Aemoan can effectively be considered a network of communities and subcommunities that actively share resources for the overall benefit of the larger community. One of the underpinnings of Aemoan society is that everyone is treated as equals. This in conjunction with their focus on community means that there is very little wealth disparity. Aemoans tend to be laid back, flexible, and readily adapt to changing plans. This tend to make them a very expressive and and well mannered group. The early Aemoans have been credited with the invention of modern farming, and are rightfully regarded as some of the best agriculturalists to whom Terra has yet given rise. Aemoan farmers routinely have harvests twice as large as other farmers in comparable environments. The Aemoans have an unusually higher percentage of mages due to their innate bond with nature.

Aemoa, as the easternmost nation on the Galiff, was the first nation to interact with Runa exploratory diplomats. This interaction was very peaceable and the Aemoan people were generally interested in the protection and technology that Runa offered. This willingness to join Runa was fueled in part by the collapse of both Xheng and Leode, the fact that Aemoa is a very small nation, and that the Runa were willing to allow Aemoa to pretty much govern itself. Runa’s conflict with the other two nations on Galiff has had an impact on Aemoans, as they have to ask themselves if their new ally is as beneficial as they thought.

General Population Distribution: (what headers are in the culture and in what numbers)
50% Magic, 20% Fighter, 30% Subversive

(Inspiration for the Aemoan is pulled from the Ancient Mesopotamians and Communist China; however, it is important to note that Aemoa is not identical to these cultures and has many unique flairs)
