Summer Event Update - We HAVE a site! Game IS on!

Hey players! We have found a site (YAY). The event is going to be held the same weekend as originally posted August 28-30, at the following site.

A few things:
This is a site that we are considering for long term use, but for now we are considering it a temporary location (until we see how things go).
The site is in the middle of PA so it may be a little further for some people but talk to staff and we can work on getting people together for rides, places to crash, etc.
Additionally due to this site's food license classification there are going to be some restrictions on food preparation. They have a few restricted foods (for allergen safety) that will we list for you once we have the full list. We will have access to refrigeration however if you are interested in making food donations please contact Amy or Tom

More fun news!

So with all the chaos of finding a last minute site, we have decided to extend the BGS deadline for everyone! BGS can be submitted from now through Wednesday (8/19) at 11:59 pm. (The website has been adjusted to allow new submissions through that time)

P.S. To the many folks who emailed in BGS after the normal deadline (due to extensions or waiting to hear about the campsite), if you could re-submit your BGS through the website that would be much appreciated as it makes it much easier to track and organize.
